Techdata approached DCE Group Ltd to assist them with their stand at Infosec 2018.  During the brief we were able to identify that the requirement extended from exhibition design and production, to a full service solution including Design & Marketing Services.

The project enabled DCE Group to demonstrate the fluidity of operation across the different service sectors within the company.   Marketing Services is a relatively new operation for the Group, and we were delighted to have the opportunity to fully illustrate the advantages of an integrated marketing campaign when planning a show of this size.

Our creative team embraced TechData’s vision to produce a design that made the best use of space, using brand colours and lighting to create impact.




At concept stage we had several conversations and emails with the Techdata team.

This builds rapport with the client and helps us fully understand their vision and provide us with enough detail to begin designing concepts.

In this instance the decision was for clean and modern, an attractive area for networking, and plenty of branding as well as a lockable storage cupboard.




We pride ourself on our facilities in Newbury. The orchestration of a build is managed by our Project Managers, who ensure that every job that leaves the yard is in perfect condition, on time, and on budget.

Our “progress reporting” is well received by clients.  The build is documented in photos and sent via email from the Project Management team and this helps the build in momentum and excitement for both the client and ourselves as the pictures show the stand emerge.



Meanwhile our Marketing team liaised with their peers in TechData, to understand the objective of the show and how to best communicate that to their audience, which platforms would have best results,  and to deliver concepts for a competition that would capture interest from the VAR channel, and vendors visiting the show.
